🛒 Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, packed
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice (~1 lime)
- 1 small garlic clove
- ¼ cup water (add more for thinner consistency)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp cumin
- Pinch black pepper
- Pinch cayenne (optional for heat)
- If adding jalapeño: Remove ALL seeds and membrane, and roast first (char on gas burner or broiler 5 min until blistered) — raw jalapeño adds bitterness
- Salt to taste — start with just a pinch, taste first
